From the floor

What shippers say after the first month.

“We stopped stitching three portals together for the New York–Toronto lane. The ETA on the tracking page is the one our stores repeat.”

Maya Chen · Nova Retail, San Francisco

“Same-day downtown and next-day into Canada used to mean two logins. Prime Axis kept the customer on a single number.”

James Okoro · Atlas Goods, New York

“Dispatch, the courier, and our receiving desk finally look at the same route. The van no longer appears in the middle of the map before it has moved.”

Sophie Laurent · Meridian, Toronto

Questions

Before you book.

How do I follow a shipment?

Enter the tracking number on the track page. You will see status, the checkpoint list, the countdown, the courier, the vehicle, and the package photos.

Where is the van before it rolls?

Until a real GPS ping is stored, the map keeps the van on the pickup point and still draws the driving route through to delivery.

What changes the price?

A base fee, weight, road distance, fragile handling, insurance on the declared value, then a multiplier for standard, express, overnight, or same-day.

Who can create a full shipment record?

Customers book from the quote wizard. Dispatch creates and edits the operational record, including photos and the first GPS coordinates, from the admin desk.
